This philosophy states that people in the people in the organization are a resource that is relatively flexible in relation to other resources like finance and equipment.
Intense businesses competition has seen the intro of technologies which involves teamwork. Human Resource Management Development at the present time is concerned with profit maximization through staff motivation performance and empowerment of workers.
