This theory believes that people rise higher through positive motivation, than negative motivation. Transformational leadership in organizations believes in inspiring employees to do great work through example and the force of a leader’s personality.

Pros: This effective leadership model displayed here creates an enthusiastic work atmosphere and drives the organization with innovations. Fact that people work through self motivation, certainly guarantees higher output and efficiency.
