It is clear that Challenges Youth face to Access Employment daunting.  The young people have expectations, they want to be Entrepreneurs. It will be worth putting into place mechanisms of assistance despite the unfavorable conditions. They require Economic Empowerment. Their responsibilities lay with the Government, the Private Sector, the Development Sectors, NGO’S, CBO’S and the Youth in Kenya themselves. Thus the Challenges Youth face to Access Employment
